Most people do not know anything about buying a new mattress. They generally go in about 6 or 7 different directions
Some people shop for lowest prices (all mattresses are the same) Right?
Some people think that the more they pay, the better the mattress
Some search to find what company has the most 5 star reviews (not realizing that most were written by the company themselves)
Some people look for mattress review sites (they don’t realize that those sights are usually owned by those mattress companies being reviewed)
Some people stop at the nearest high priced retail store (especially if they have recently seen the advertisement on TV)
Some people search for one of the name brands that they have seen advertised (Serta, Sealy, Simmons, Sterns & Foster, Sleep Number and Tempurpedic) (They don’t realize that shopping name brand is for dummies)
Some people search online (Whatever light weight, easy to ship mattress will be better than what they have now)
The very best way to buy a mattress is to know somebody! A friend that you can trust. Someone that you know won’t try to take advantage. (A friend who is a mattress expert, owns a local mattress store and offers a huge variety of top quality mattresses at the lowest prices you will find anywhere). That friend is me!
You can call me on the phone or Facetime me. Come on into the showroom and let’s talk. You will quickly feel comfortable and learn more in 5 minutes than you would have by spending hours trying to figure it all out.

Most mattress stores count on the fact that the average consumer does not know anything about mattresses. It is difficult to find accurate information regarding what to look for when purchasing a mattress. When you perform an online search for information, most of what you will see is placed there by these brand name companies. It may seem that you are receiving unbiased information however that is likely not the case. Often the people that are selling mattresses don’t even know about them. On my blog I try to provide accurate information with regard to mattress construction and the mattress industry.
